• EVENING SHADE (Cousins Behind Bars)
  
  Coach Wood Newton's ne'er-do-well Cousin Alvin has split from his wife (played to white trash perfection by Mindy Sterling, Frau Farbissina of the AUSTIN POWERS films) and is crashing with the Coach until marital discord blows over.  Unfortunately, Alvin--an ex-con--is accused of a warehouse theft and winds up getting himself and Wood thrown in the pokey.  There, Wood has to pretend to be Alvin's "bitch" in order to keep the scarier cellmates away from him.

  All we know about Billy Bob's appearance in this one is that he played either a man named Timberman (there's a great name for a detective show right there) or a lumberjack referred to as a Timberman.  This is another one we're going to have to ask him about.

  Virginia Thornton's prediction that Billy Bob would star alongside Burt Reynolds came true when he appeared during a rather touching moment in this episode as a Florist who mistakenly brings flowers to the Coach Wood Newton (played by Burt Reynolds) when they are actually intended for Wood's father's gravesite.

• THE JUDGE (Hillbilly Kidnap Episode)
  
  Billy Bob appeared on this DIVORCE COURT-style TV show, playing the older brother of a lovelorn hillbilly kid (played by Courtney Gains) who pines for a young woman.  Billy Bob has kidnapped said object of his baby brother's affections, which gets him arrested and hauled up before THE JUDGE.  Billy Bob notes that there was no familial resemblance between him and Courtney Gains and that he had a really cool look for his big brother character.  For the record:  verdict--GUILTY!

• BLUE SKIES
  
  The Season Hubley/Tom Wopat family drama ran for less than a season, and Billy Bob had this series listed on the back of his early headshot.   The search continues.

• CIRCUS
  
  This was a pilot for a one-hour ABC series that obviously didn't get off the ground.  It couldn't have been all bad: Henry Mancini composed the theme. The only other noteworthy name we could find in the cast was Tony Jay, who voiced the evil Judge Frollo in Disney's THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME and (gasp!) the evil villain Chairface Chippendale on the hilarious animated series THE TICK.  Another cast member, Margaret Hall, had her first film credit in 1912 and is still alive.  We couldn't find a director credit on the pilot, which makes us wonder if it's . . . AN ALAN SMITHEE FILM!!!!!  According to Billy Bob, it never aired.  We're hoping he didn't play a clown with a past.

• MATLOCK (The Photographer)
  
  As she is pursued by the police for fleeing the scene of her employer's murder, a photographer's assistant ducks into a pawn shop to hock some cameras.  Billy Bob plays the Pawn Shop Owner, who reminds us a lot of the Gun Clerk he played in FLOUNDERING.
