Plot
After an accident cuts short the life of Mr. Rose, the patriarch of Rose's Manure Company, his estranged daughter Rosemary (Téa Leoni) winds up in control of the company. Rosemary (let's be glad she isn't named Patty) turns to her top salesman, Patrick Fitzpatrick (our man Billy Bob) to help her avert a hostile takeover by a ruthless industry rep (Kyle MacLachlan). In short, it's just like THERE WILL BE BLOOD, but with cow manure.

Sporting suits and ties not too far removed from his Boxmasters get-up, Billy Bob has to watch where he steps.

Backstory
Michael and Mark Polish have penned the screenplay, a heartland tale set in the early 1960s. Judging from the photo we've included, it's more like MAD MEN, but with cow manure.
