Backstory
Coming off of a special on the classic Jimmy Stewart film WINCHESTER 93 in which he shared commentary duties with Martin Scorsese and Nick Clooney, Billy Bob hosted a series of airings of classic films with an emphasis on the necessity of film preservation.  Aired on Saturdays at noon.  Dennis Quaid was tapped to host (don't wince) "John Waynesdays," and Lauren Bacall hosted "Hollywood Fashion Collection" on Mondays.

Awards
Billy Bob received his first Emmy nomination when he and producers Marc Juris and Jessica Falcon were nominated for a Daytime Emmy in the category of "Outstanding Special Class Special."
